Re: People who suck up to the managers...
cool. are you a licensed title agent?
Re: People who suck up to the managers...
Nope :)
Are you?
Re: People who suck up to the managers...
nah, although it seems pretty easy to become one, just gotta take a test. the work gets so repetitive though. so what do you do? process files? post closing?
Re: People who suck up to the managers...
actually masterofall240 we make online courses and i've worked in the past with some dealing with title insurance agent certifications as well. so we used to make the courses and the tests that you guys (title insurance agents) take to pass the licensing exam :D
Re: People who suck up to the managers...
Nice. Did you make the tests for every state? How about Virginia?
Re: People who suck up to the managers...
Well everyone here does a bit of "chamchagiri", I know the ones who are doing chamchagiri and even if its obvious are getting the better courses/projects/promotion ect.. The ones who are stuck with an attitude are not being quite promoted. Some year ago, I had a good work relationship with my manager, from which I gained quite a lot, I know some other colleagues were jealous of me, well somehow later the work relationship was not so smooth and he gave me no more new projects, now the relationship is better again, but as I am not going chamchagiri, if I dont really like someone, I take into account that my promotion will not be the same as it was ... so is it my fault or notm that I am not doing fake chamchagiri, in any case, its my lost not his.
Re: People who suck up to the managers...
brown nose people are usually a dime a dozen 'ere in land of the pure, where I work, Im one of the top - and this weirdo is like - sirjee, yeh sirjee woh, aur aap bataaen kya karein, now this guy has some experience and still speaks with an IQ no more than a ground squirrel. Like when our big wigs come in, he would be all starry eyed and literally look like a spoon,
I like my team to be realistic and give it to me straight, which I have found very succesful, especially when we call in the thinktank sessions.
IMO chamchay are usually ***kheads who smoke substandard ganja lying in some crevice. grrrrr -
