What you can do for your sleep? Like Im very slpeey + hungry right now…But Im not going to eat anything coz i fear i might not be sleepy after eating.. ..i just want to sleeeeeep…

it’s necessary but gs is too addictive and no sleep can take me away from it, not even tests:bummer:…if am really very exhausted, keep dozing off and all then i’ll just go sleep…i have to drink tea to get a proper sleep, and eating makes me sleepy:phati:

Oh I just can't function properly without my sleep . I have to have enough so I can be fresh in the morning , otherwise I feel like my whole day was a waste .
Sleep is essential for everyone even if it is for few hours in a 24 hour day.
Some people need more some need less.
Some get used to of litttle amount and still be fully functional.
Age plays some role here, children need more sleep than older people.
Sleeping more than 8 hours by adults is bad. Very early rising is also bad for health by some studies if around 5 AM.
REM (rapid eye movement) sleep is bettter and even a cat-nap can make people notonly physically functional, it can make them psychologically fresh. Early sleep stage where the person feels a jolt or shake (fingers or whole body) also can make the person fresh even if awoken.
Unfortunately, alcohol gives bad kind of sleep and it can cause frequent awakening or lack of REM sleep. (lack of dreaming)
One has to think of sleep apnea syndrome (SAS) if sleepy or tired during the day despite a full night sleep. These people may fall asleep suddenly even during driving or just fall on the floor.
Frequent awakening has many reasons and includes stress, sleep apnea or certain other diseases.
One of the technique of torturing people involves sleep deprivation. The person acts erratically and weak with lack of ability to fight back. :(

I’m not a morning person at all…I do not understand people who even on a day off get up like clock-work ,sharp at 7am…at times I feel like i’m compensating for all those night on calls where I craved just crawling into my bed for 5 minutes and cudn’t
For me the perfect day off would be spending it in bed ~ SLEEPING
i want my school life back:hinna: then i really used to hate waking up at 6.30 but now i know it’s so much better than this, atleast i’d be home by 3pm instead of 6…all day wasted:hinna:
Same here. Once I went without sleep perfectly fine for 36 hours or something. After that I slept continuous for 19 hours LOL. I can NOT sleep and I can SLEEP if I want. All in my control.
