People who born in the Muslim family have Muslim names but do not behave Islamic teaching, what would called them?

Look at the great things that all the great muslims have done. Islam is the greatest and the most beautifull religion in the world.
Yes most certainly there are a handfull of kaffirs born into muslim families who carry on with there muslim names but Allah will make them pay for their deeds same as He will make you pay for your deeds.
