On the VERY bright side, at least your entry was entertained.

Once upon a time, not more than 12 months ago. I had a tire get completely damaged beyond repair. It was high time for replacement of all tires anyways, so I figured I would replace them all. It was also a time of being budget-minded because the car does not get driven as much as it used to. So while browsing and reading reviews, I stumbled on Nitto Tires website where they said they were giving away a set of 4 tires to anyone that could write to them explaining why they deserve to win. Suddenly the Arteest in me awoke and I sent in an entry that went something like this: (missing what I can’t recall anymore)

I’m a broke bloke
I can’t even afford a coke
On the drive home, my tires went up in smoke
My friends all have nitto,
They inspired me with hope
So please help me get back on the road
This is no joke…

Needless to say, I did NOT hear back from them. Not even an acknowledgement that they received my entry. Shows you that people just don’t recognize real talent anymore. As for you my friend, you will win next time In Sha Allah!
