a guy in my senior project group and my lab group for other classes is very intelligent but also very arrogant and not much of a team player. i respect him for his knowledge/experience
even for the senior project he did most all the work on his own without consulting the other team members. it was really hard getting along with him when he did and said certain arrogant things and talked in a condescending way. i always acted professionally with him and didn’t show my anger…took a deep breath whenever i talked with him
i’m just wondering how do people handle this in the office environment. if i do come across a person like that in my group that made working together difficult, don’t know how to take it smoothly…
