People that aren't invited to your wedding

Re: People that aren’t invited to your wedding

Plus, even if you do happen to cave in and invite her to your wedding, do you really think she won’t go around telling people/mutual friends what went on between you two? It’d be better that she talk crap behind your back, instead of her talking s#!t at your wedding while watching you sit on stage. Lousy people get attracted to drama… Don’t invite drama.

Man, it’s just a non-friend. My mum’s ditching major relatives for my engagement because we don’t have much of a relationship with them. They’ve never invited us to anything and suddenly expect to get invited to a small family thing.

Re: People that aren’t invited to your wedding

yeah I already felt the wrath of my family for doing a small engagement and not inviting anyone (we have major drama and my fiance’s side decided to do the engagement at HIS place to prevent problems). My best friend is also super close to this non-friend so I keep hearing about how she’s gonna be sad blah blah blah. It’s just me being weak, that’s all. :frowning:

No time or need for negativity! Its sad that people behave this way kahin bhi reh ke…one would think that the shady, conniving, aunty mentality would eventually wear off in a second or third generation living out of Pakistan. :smack:

Always on an rsvp card and the best way to control guest numbers.
Get rsvp cards! Save yourself a bunch of hassle.

Yep, I told my parents that it’ll save them the headache of having 40 ppl show up randomly because we’ll tell everyone on the card how many seats are reserved and they agreed! Hopefully they turn out okay!
