I d/c my high speed (so i come less on my PC) and switched to FREE WiFi 
thank u neighbours…cut off my cellphone, no contact with friend, not gona smoke today, not gona go out today…just feel like going near lakeshore, sitting down and eating ice cream without having any stress/problems to worry about. I am trying very hard to get ouf this circle of life that i live in, and I think i am making a good progess so far.
