Completely different situations. Steve used his hands to prevent himself from getting bowled, Inzi used his bat to prevent from getting hit.

I think Inzi was crealy obstructing the field. The throw wasn't that fast to hurt inzi :)

It could have hit him on senstive body part, and for that you dont need "fast throw" :D
