Correct me if I'm wrong , but doesn't Islam encourage us to marry within our own class, religion, region, etc.? It is just easier to marry someone who you can be a good match with on almost every level.
Also, if you think about it, if we did start marrying into other religion so freely, Islam would not be as pure and original as it is today. Every other religion on this earth has been changed and rewritten to suit people. The same would start happening to Muslims after generations of mixed marriages.
^You sound like an indian i suppose. We are prescribed to marry Muslims only regardless of race, or culture. And no that is not discrimination because this is an order from our creator we can't go against it. You're welcome to disagree but that is how it is.

islam makes you to marry within your religion, definitely not sect, region, race, country but definitely within religion

Islam allowed marrying with people of book, including Jews and Christians. Islam does not recognize values of region, class etc. which were included in question above.
Off topic but Islam also recognized good in people who were called Saibeen, the people who collected good from various sources and followed them.

it's just not right this way of thinking, why did Allah bring us "kuffrs" into this world nonmuslim then, he should have just made all people "people of the book" or better yet, made all special and muslim. what happened?? i've studied islam for 2 years, i have an open mind about it, i like many things about it but there are 1 or 2 things that i disagree with and will definitely prevent me from converting....still studying it though
