The reason things have improve is two fold:
Firstly the dictator was not taking any action against the terrorist because he was using them to strengthen his kursi by the spread of fear amongst the general public. The same drama he played at Lal Masjid during the CJ drama. Pathetic really.
Secondly his incompetent leadership resulted n the army reverses and morale plummeting. As soon as he handed the command over to a professional soldier we have seen the result.
Allah protect us from this highly incompetent person.
