Do Pakistanis flying into the USA face problems from the immigration people?

What if they are on a Pak passport?

And on a GB passport?

i read in newspaper that men are required strip search to see if the man has any unusual marks on him like bullet injury,rope burns etc cause if he does then the could be an al qaeda suspect....
