As the title says, Multan people remind me of sub-saharan africans. Am I the only one on this?

I don’t think you can generalize about peoples looks like that, however as the saying goes in the Entertainment World!

Well not really generalising, but I indeed have noticed the pattern. Many(note:NOT all, but certainly plenty of them) can pass for at least half black/negro.
