^Selfridges in Oxford Street has all (can't find Urban Decay on the website but pretty sure I've seen it in store) ..
Debenhams + House of Fraser in Oxford Street as well as Harvey Nicks in Knightbridge also stock a lot of those products as well..

selfridges doesn't stock UD but debenhams on Oxford Street does
BB on oxford st is only in selfridges or john lewis - not the others and Nars is just in selfridges and john lewis
nars available in all space NKs and House of fraser westfield white city
its weird not all department stores stock all the same brands! Makes things confusing!!

You wont have issues finding these in london DD.
The large shopping centers plus oxford street will have these in large department stores:
John Lewis
Debenhams
House of Fraiser
Selfridges
Harrods
ermm some boots have UD for sure.
