what can philosophy teach us about people who become rich and those who stay not rich? why does this happen that some of us, are very blessed and others are not, no matter how hard their lives be?
other than teaching thankfulness to Allah swt, and accepting our position as being able to help less well positioned people, how can we justify that some people are so poor?
If I go rich then I should not b*tch
If I do then I fail the test of gratitude
If I go meagre then I should not be too eager
If I do then I fail the test of patience
If I get complacent on charity then I fail the test of honest efforts
If I hoard wealth not giving charity then I fail the test of compassion
Making me poor or making me rich, doesn't change my relationship ... with my Lord.
So I applaud, wordly fate, is a test whether we have or whether we 'aint!
absolutely true.
it is about that subtle and transparent balance of doing and knowing and living the rightous caring considerate modest and content life which is not based on beiing ingrate or wasteful.
in there is the lesson for those who have the wealth, that they better be able to give off from it, in order for the wealth to be use to themselves.
& a lesson for those who dont have the wealth is that they dont feel their lack of wealth is a reason for them to fall for vices in the world to obtain ill begotten wealth.
