I’m going to be moving into a bigger place in two months, and it looks like I might have all three choices available – there’s a 20 storey building which has a 3rd floor apartment and a penthouse apartment, and then there’s a 12 storey building with a garden apartment.
Pros/Cons? what should I consider before I make a decision?

Gardening is time consuming, so you better check you schedule but the seeds you see growing into little plants and then flowers is like seeing your children grow old. A good therapy.

that’s the thing FF… I’m very indifferent between them right now - the dollar differential isn’t a concern and that’s why I’m asking for advice.
