Well i just wanted to give the post a eye catching title.
And a pendu is a person from a pind. Theres nothing negative about.

But you cannot be serious about the fact that when you tell someone he is a PENDU
he will think that you mean that he is from a "pind".

There everything is negative about it (unfortunatly).
