Psychologically, what is the difference between them?

1. There is huge diff. Pedophiles are not necessarily homosexuals. In fact, vast majority of pedophiles are not homosexuals b/c statistically only 5% of any given population is gay.

2. Homosexuals are people and animals who are attracted to same sex (male to male & female to female); where pedophiles are people who are sexually attracted to children.

As for psychology, just like all straight people do not molest children (while some do), not all gay people molest children either. Likes/dislikes and sexual preferences is genetic, although not conclusively proven yet, if ever.
