Re: Peace with Pak: Give tomorrow a chance

Their CnC talking about war. They are doing their best to destroy Pakistan. They are spending money and sources in Baluchistan. They are helping Taliban to kill us. They are continuing their cruel actions in Kashmir.
Just a business project of two money makers.

poor pakistan is so innocent-surrounded by so many terriorist countries specially india were all 15 th century hardline maddarssas works supported by saudi money-india is a only country which has a biggest base of taliban and alquida thats the reason americans r bombing us evy day

Re: Peace with Pak: Give tomorrow a chance

A lot of rhetoric but an encouraging sign nonetheless

Re: Peace with Pak: Give tomorrow a chance

desis are awesome at being emotional idiots - spitting fire and hugging it out in 2 mins and all over again. despite all this clowning around, bottom-line still remains the same - no peace gesture with how much so ever face-painting is lasting unless it is reinforced with mutual dependence for prosperity - simplest way to do this is establishing trade links.

governments in both countries swing from moderate to hawkish every few years, ties based on emotions are hollow. those based on economic interest are solid. if there are no moves towards any such thing, why waste time on such dramas..

Re: Peace with Pak: Give tomorrow a chance

^india chose not to join ipi, continues its occupation of kashmir and also takes hostile strolls in afghanistan

pakistan is not the barrier to indo-pak peace

Re: Peace with Pak: Give tomorrow a chance

yes yes, pakistan has always been a lovely peaceful neighbour. LeT is the name of a pakistani flower that smells like jasmine. mumbai was shot up by pakistanis with laddoos. kargil was a peace gesture. chal beh!

Re: Peace with Pak: Give tomorrow a chance

well well, if you join ipi (economic interdependency) and resolve the kashmir issue which is the core of the animosity, im sure LET will share a laddoo or two with you. they'll be no need for afghan strolls, sarabjit singhs and kargils

Re: Peace with Pak: Give tomorrow a chance

^^
How can you speak so well for the LeT. I heard that they dont listen to the Pakistani masters anymore. Arming these guys is counterproductive and am so sorry to notice that none of their handlers have still got the message. Poor Sarabjit, some extra drink got him into this kind of trouble, while in Kargil your esteemed former President admitted that he has the habit of lying. Posturing has led Pakistan nowhere and it is time the ordinary people understood this.

This is a good initiative and needs to be lauded.

Re: Peace with Pak: Give tomorrow a chance

ipi the pipeline thingie running thru sistan-balochistan in iran, and baluchistan in pakistan? yeh.... no thanks.

Re: Peace with Pak: Give tomorrow a chance

saw the ad on GEO with amitabh talking about flying kites on the rooftops and all, it was all hilarious and pretentious

Re: Peace with Pak: Give tomorrow a chance

if india wants peace beyond 'aman ki asha' it will have to budge, but feel free not to

Re: Peace with Pak: Give tomorrow a chance

Both organizations are hypocrites. Geo has some of the most right wing commentators in Pakistan. I have not watched it for a few years, but that mbbs fail shahid masood spews out hatred of the Hunood wa yahood at every opportunity. The Times of India have a few Pakistan haters as their collumists as well. Correct me if I am wrong, but both Chandan Mitra and Swapan dasgupta, BJP ideologues and cheer leaders for Narender Modi are collumists with the Times.

This is one thing (among many others) that I do not believe. Hatred of India is so deeply ingrained in Pakistani mindset that even if India gave Pakistan the whole Kashmir with 3 tons of gold, Pakistan will perpetually find reasons to despise India.
Pakistan's existence is premised on hatred of India.

perhaps you'll still get the odd online comment, perhaps bollywood films will remain banned

although potential for disagreement and sporting rivalry will remain, the chances of military to military engagement and continued arms race will decrease, thats peace in this context

obviously this is a hypothetical scenario, reality is india will never make peace with muslim pakistan and pakistan is prepared accordingly
