PCOS AND HYPOTHYROID

Hello people
Im hypo and taking meds. I also have PCOS but not taking anything for that.
can anyone suggest me a good workout and diet that I can do.

Ive googled everything, my brain is so saturated I just cant think anymore.

Any desi herbs I can take? Its very very difficult for me to lose weight. I work so hard for a while, dont see any results and then give up!

Help me please!

Workouts for PCOS should be mainly cardio based so running, cycling, cross trainer etc.

Diet: eat like a diabetic. You need food that breaks down slowly so no sugars, no potatoes, no rice and if you have bread/roti have wholemeal/seeded/besin roti.

Mint tea helps, a cup or 2 a day.

Beeb has giving you everything already. I only think i will start doing in December (can't start now as i am breastfeeding.) is drinking Nettle leaf tea. I read that this tea/water is really good for hormonal balance. Also, i haven't tried but want to also once i am done, is Karela Pills...karela are suppose to be really good for diabetics so i thought they might help me maintain my weight too.

The recipe for the Nettle leaves drink is: 1/2 cup dried leaves per 1 liter water. Boil and leave it overnight. remove the leaves in the morning and finish the water in the next couple of days.

if you are not pregnant try Feenugreek which is called Methi this is also mentioned in Tibb e Nabawi

will help control blood sugar as well and has positive hormonal affect on both Men and Women! and you need to give up on eating grains of anykind, go to a paleo diet consisting of fruits and nuts in the morning then veggies and seeds in the evening, little or No red Meats, No Soda drinks, No refined sugars!
