Look at the batting and bowling rankings.
If the PCB themselves think that these guys are
best why are they not playing.

1st coz its PCB 
2nd M. Hafeez is at #6 when it comes to bowling, and according to ICC he cant bowl.
3rd W -ullha-Wasti is the top dawg when it comes to batting

Ofcourse, they are playing. They are playing in Pakistan’s first class cricket, which is where they can perform. Not all of them can perform at international level. Put them there, and you get results like this](http://www.pcb.com.pk/Pakistan/Players/19/19294/19294.html). The guy is a prolific scorer in our first class cricket and a dud with national team.

I think half of htem have already playued in our team and more use less players are in the team now.. we desperately need some one line Misbah ul haq in the team

fazl-e-akbar not playing is one decision i can never understand....
but then again he hasnt made any use of the limited opportunities he got....
qaisar abbas, in my opinion, was very unjustly dealt with by the board....
