Right, he might have talked about the misconception that as long as you said kalima you will ‘eventually’ go to heaven.
I agree, not everyone is capable of ‘dawa’, they need some guidance/training but unfortunately everyone is now a theykedaar of Islam and dawa regardless of what they do in their own lives private or public, whether they are fulfilling their official duties or not
