Who can fill this spot and do justice under current constraints? Players with a lot of domestic talent are picked, however either they are not given consistent chances or fail to prove their worth.

How about Najam Sethi as interim Chief Selector too till the Chief Selector is finalized

The worst selector of all time was Mohammad Ilyas. Father in law of Imran Farha.
How a charsi and azz kissing nut can be at such a high post is freakin amazin.
