Whatever happened to it past few Presidents/Chief Patrons!

History has it that till Musharraf…none of the President ever interfered
in BCCP—>later----PCB affairs. Their being Chief Patron was placed on cards through proper bill passed in the Constituent Assembly of 1964.
That was done to keep politics out of the game and as a necessity for International scenarios. My mamoon (mom’s first cousin and the son of Nawab Ismail Khan) I.A.Khan, ICS was the Chief of BCCP then.. he worked hard on this.

Ishaq Khan remained far away…but Musharraf Saheb got into the helm of affairs without knowing as his bro recommended his best friend in America to head the PCB and Nasim Ashraf played his first googly on Mian Shehryar at London during Hair affair…and got into it.

I think Mr. Zardari will be on dot to take Pakistani Cricket out of the messn it currently faces…primarily due to players themselves ! well combined by the dirtiest politics ever one can witness in the world..!!
PCB is a coffee house of politics…where the slogan has always been “take the money and run”

anyhow cadet has a raised a very valid concern. PCB is one of the biggest accounts in Pakistan :)…lets see how Zardari plays with it. After all he is champ of the champs .

We have a lallu-panju puppet captain. Incompetent selectors, a charsi player, an actor, a drama queen, and phannay khan coach-wan. On top of that no one is ready to play us. What else is there to mess up? :konfused:
