"It wasn’t a big total which couldn’t be achieved but the game slipped out of our hands in the first six overs of our batting. It was due to our negative approach in the first six overs, and that’s the reason we lost the match”, Afridi told reporters after returning to Karachi.
Mohammad Hafeez and other players expressed concerns over Afridi’s statement, seeking players concern PCB asked Afridi for the explanation within 1-week, sources revealed.
First they will issue him show cause notice. Then within a few days they will make him limited overs captain, so pathetic and unprofessional is our board

Sethi is just playing to the gallery. PCB wants to be seen to be doing something. The show cause notice should have been issued straight away without any deliberation as it was a clear violation of the players code of conduct
