umm there’s a lot of suspicious programs cuz i hardly know wht most do…all look devious to me

one’s eating up the memory and i dunno what they are:
wlcomm.exe
CSRSS.exe
groovemonitor.exe
avgnt.exe (is this avira?)
LSASS.exe

before killing them or uninstalling them, please search each exe on google, will help you to understand the name of program.
if you find any un usual then you can delete that by using control panel uninstall option.
