7 dead and counting..several friends and acquaintances had narrow escapes by deciding to visit some other day.
Many of the foreigners staying were from the UNFP and were involved in the aid campaign for the IDP’s. Most airline staff on stop over in peshawar use the hotel so I won’t be surprised if airlines like Emirates, PIA and others have been hit.
According to sources, the death toll in the blast has mounted to 11 while as many as 55 people including women and foreigners are also among injured while 500 kilograms of explosive materials have been used in the blast.
No we are not cowards and we will not let these animals control our way of life ... they want the nation to fear them ... when london attacks happened a few years ago, the only thing that helped londoners get back to life was the fact that the nation decided to remain brave and not let the terrorists take over our lives ... we just need to be vigilant and help the authorities in this battle ...
And a note for the freaking terrorists: you will all burn in hell inshallah and your lives are nothing but punishment from Allah for yourselves and your families and you will be answerable on the day of judgement for the murders you are comiting .
I feel for the families of the victims , dunno when this killing is gonna stop .. the government needs totake some serious steps to stop the bloody killers do their nasty work so easily...
Another sad day for Pakistan and for Peshawar and its residents in special. Has anybody got any friends or relatives in Peshawar? Since last two weeks, the shopping markets, schools, colleges, and Universities, Public parks, playing grounds are closed due to numerous threats circulating the city. PC were the elite hotel and couldn't be closed, thus the terrorists found a good location for the blast.
On a side note: the title of the thread is misleading, it was not a suicide attack. It was a planted bomb but I wonder how they come up with its weight though, 500kg?
No doubts Indians are involved- the tactic and ruthlessness resembles that of Lahore attack on Sri Lanka team and Mumbai terrorist attack which they staged themselves. Seems like it's a grand plan of Narendar Singh Modi and co. to destroy Pakistan and bring Pakistan down economically.
One of my mammo was in Peshawer yesterday and mentioned the security was really right. Army and police were checking cars and passengers at every major intersections. I is hard to belive that 500KG of explosives would have passed them without offcial knowing.

There is a high probability of Indian hand behind this attack, although I cannot say it without doubt as I don't have any inside information. But Modi? Common, Modi and his co are in opposition, they don't control RAW. Do you think they have enough guts to send their stupid goons to Peshawar to honhob with enemies of the country? These goons are brave enough only to attack innocent people when they control the local police and administration.
And whatever said, whoever supplied the bomb, the delievery man was one of us.
