yeah i guess so, i've had this pc for about a year now. Yes the capacitors are the ones that're broken cuz the guy told me. He said he could fix it if the capacitors were replaceble but unfortunately they're not. PSU wasi think 380 watts which is okay enuff and had my graphics card running for a year now. i lowered the ram frequency to 667 from 800 so they wont go burning on me, they were regular cheap kingston value ram.
