yes, and thats perhaps becoz of rubbish policies of statebank of pakistan… not sure though
anyway, u have two options: :chai: either get your hands at state bank or have a citizenship of country like india

You are lucky it is not - there are enough horror stories that happen with it in parts of the world that does have it.
Paypal acts as a bank, but its not any form of financial institution and doesn't abide by its laws. Just to show how stupid they are - they didn't had their phone number public for almost a decade unless a law suit ordered them that they have too!
NEVER NEVER EVER EVER connect your main bank account with them. Its all legit (and normal) for them to take ALL MONEY OUT of your bank account!
