The nature of my query is as follows: I currently have a + balance in my PayPal account. I want to make a payment for an item I have bought from Ebay BUT PayPal won’t let me choose my credit card as a method of payment (to pay for that item), but it assumes that I want to use my PayPal balance to pay for the item I have bought on Ebay? Which I don’t!
I’ve read their FAQ section & wrote to PayPal and the techie that replied didn’t understand my query and went off on a one. ]
you have to add your credit card as the method of payment in your paypal account.
:D] I know! Thing is when I add it, PayPal won't let me select it as a method of payment. At the checkout, the + balance in my account is selected (which I don't want to touch) & I'm not given the option to select my credit card to pay.
If you have a balance in paypal account it wont let you select any other method to pay for that item because ur paypal balance is in the + sign regardless of if you want to keep the balance for somthing else
