Payment to Pakistan based designer

Hi

so i’m in the process of ordering my bridal dress from Fahad Hussay, however, he wants me to pay by Western Union, but I wanted to pay with Paypal as it’s safer, he said he can’t due to internal issues and because international transfers of such amounts cause them to face taxation issues. Since i was insisting, he suggested to make a transfer to their official bank account.
So i wanted to know if anyone was in the same situation and which way is the best ? (ps : i live in europe)

You can use a remittance service to make a payment to his bank account.

In the UK, I use this: https://www.unbnetremit.com/Home.aspx
Basically, you pay UBL via a secure service in pounds, then they transfer the rupee amount you paid for into the beneficiary bank account. It does take 3-5 working days to enter the bank account though. I use it regularly.
