Paying to have black magic (kaala jadoo) removed

Re: Paying to have black magic (kaala jadoo) removed

the truth is that you don’t need to find anyone if you are able to recite the surahs yourself or have someone in your family/circle recite them for/upon you. even asking the local imam at the mosque should suffice.

as for consulting regarding a rishta…then no, I don’t think that it is okay to consult someone who charges for this. I would much prefer practising istikhara myself than going to someone…

I have this theory that if you are able to read the Quran yourself and to some degree the translation, then you are obligated to perform these supplications yourself as well. As long as you are able that is.

as soon as you defer this task upon someone else and pay them for it, IMO, that is shirking your responsibility and weakening your faith in Allah.
