amazing concept…pay for the meal based on your experience ! and since this is a pakistani restaurant in europe and the idea and business is co-driven by a pakistani gentleman, i am posting it in PA.
for this business model to work, you need to be in Europe…in lahore, folks will eat 20 naans each to declare “na mariee jan, maza nahieen aya, naan khasta naheein thay, so no payment today”…

Interesting! However this concept cant work in places like UK either where theres huge desi population…they would eat the maximum and insist to pay the minimum…us desis you know

Proves Pakistanis are not only hardworker but also creative and trustworthy. Yes unfortunately it may not work in Pakistan but the gentleman should be given credit to understand his environment and make a move as per that. I wish him a great success!!

pay-what-you-what pricing doesn’t necessarily have to include ‘free’ option.
The customers are invited to pay from a list of ‘indicative’ price ranges.
