The article I posted mentions a couple of women who have written to him did it because they were fascinated by his crimes. Are you serious? Kuj hor nai milya say fascination day liye? 
I was listening to a radio talk show earlier and they invited a psychiatrist to speak and he said that in general there are some women who think only they can understand the criminal, and the professionals cant’ at all. If it was a petty criminal who does graffiti I’d understand, but what is there to understand in a sociopath?
