Hm, tough question, yes if I was related to them and it's a close enough relationship i.e. cousin/immediate aunt/immediate uncle - then yes, I'd go, but I'd stay somewhere else, or if I HAD to stay at their place, I'd help out.
On the other hand, it sucks to die alone in an ICU. Pakistani traditions of extended family visiting you and helping is a huge blessing. Wanna see how other people die? Look around in the ICU, and notice how they're alone.
