hmm...something similar happenned to my cousin...a girl who used to like him was calling him after he got married...she stopped though when my cousin's mom explained to her that my cousin is now married and she must move on...
maybe your fiance and you need to talk to him politely and explain to him tikhi that you guys are now together and he really needs to move on and its ok...

Lussi's comments just inspired an idea into my head (as hard as that is to believe) - why don't you make weird noises on the phone when he calls - drive him up the wall with scary noises or with annoying ones - like the sound of fingernails scratched on a chalkboard?

Okie I had a smilar problem and I did what lussi said..I kept pickin up and never said a word...he kept losing money and then it all became clear to him :D
