one poor store clerk gets trampled, dies..shoppers are asked to stop and they dont claiming they ahve been in line for hours.
wow..after a day where we are supposed to be thkanful, demonstration of such lame behavior..things things things..
and then we hear about the shopper killing another at some toy store because they were fighting for the same item..merry friggin chrsitmas eh?
This will only stop if the mindless frenzy is just stopped.
walmart needs to be sued like anything for putting os employees/contractors in danger and for the loss of life, same for the other store where they could not protect the life of one shopper from being taken by another.
I am all for sales and all, but this black friday greed and lameness seems to be getting worse year afer year.
Buddy i still remember my customer service days, i worked @ FutureSHop/ Best Buy for a long time and worked at many Boxing Days (canadian version of black friday) and i wont hesitate b4 saying that 99.9% of customers behave like a*h*les, mind my language but i cant find better words to express my feelings.
this was just horriffic. it happened in a neighborhood nearby to us and makes me just sick.it takes away from the whole idea of giving...very sad. Prayers to the family of the loved one lost in the greedy rush.

truns out the shooting in california was two guys who shot each other. So, while they were victims they were teh perps at the same time.
crowd control is the responsibility for event promoters, you host and event and dont provide enough security and something goes wrong, you can be in trouble. I dont see why a sepcial event like a black friday sale at walmart should be considered any different.
