i had a weird dream about pathans last night. i was in there house and they were giving me chapal kababs to eat. it was good.

Yeah, those who live strictly by the code of PashtunWali would take some action, but most wouldn't care much for it if they know what the person who has given them word is like. I think it depends on the person's personality, if it is someone honourable, he has to fulfill the promise, if not then he could be forgiven.

I see some people have problems with Pashtuns/Afghans. Fair enough, discrimination against us flies all around our surroundings.
Those days....when we - Afghans/Pashtuns - used to rule these areas....they were our golden days.....Sher Shah Suri...Lodhian....Ghiljian.....Ghorian.....Abdalian....so many to recall....such was the status of the Pashtun/Afghan race....it's ok if we ain't at a good level today... :P
