Than he takes a blade and cuts one leg of cockroach and again shouts walk this time cockroach limps on his 5 legs.
He again cuts one leg and shouts walk this time cockroach walks even slower.
He keeps doing this till Cockroach has no legs.
He shouts walk and since cockroach has no legs, it cannot walk.
