You failed to mention many many fatwas from Muslim scholars issued against killing of innocents which by the way was not even needed as islam is the religeon for peace…but it was provided to satisfy people like you. But off course why would you believe that?

Back to Pat Robertson. Who are his followers and how important are they? Look at the TV times here and tell me what you see:

If you had half a brain, you would notice that almost all of his air time is during the middle of the day. Who is available to watch during the day? From significant personal experience it is overwhelmingly a bunch of Aunties and Grandmas who tune in because they personally like the guy. Aunties and Grandmas find this guy oddly comforting, and they tune him in at the same time every day to keep them company in their old age. This show is not broadcast in the evenings when working families are home from work. So unless you feel threatened by a bunch of US grandmas, you are really freaking out over the equivalent of vacation bible school for the elderly. While all of you are throwing around numbers like 100 million people, the reality is that the people who watch Robertson and contribute to his church are certainly not the decision makers in this country.
Why I bet even Pakistani Jarwans could defend themselves against a bunch of bible thumping grannys storming the beaches of Karachi…

He has apologised for his remarks and he was gentle man enough to accept that he had made a remark in that fashion but he was not really intended to mean that.
