On a whim I picked up a package of pastry dough so i can make samosas and rolls…
any more ideas on what i can make? sweet or salty/spicy, baked/fried, all are welcome. thanks

puff pastry...apple/cream turnovers,sausage rolls,
shortcrust....fruit tartlets,quiches,
namak paray , just add some salt and zeera , you can also make sweet ones

This is something my sis did that actually worked out really well. We had some left over tandoori chicken from a party and puff pastries in the freezer.
She took the chicken off the bone, broke it up and used it as filling for the pastries. Baked them for about 30 minutes or so and we had some marvelous appetizers!
This is just an idea...you can use just about anything in them...qeema, chicken, potatoes, etc.

It just says "dough for 10 pastreis" but they're 2 sheets (round) stuck together (so two sheets per pastry).
