Does anyone know how to make Italian Pasta?
I really don’t remember the name of the dish but i tell you i can’t forget the taste of it..it had white cheese (somewhat milky taste), pasta and chicken pieces in it. does anyone know what i am talking about? or have the recipe of it?

there are 2 billion ways to make pasta (italian or watever). it's basically watever u wanna put in it. the recipe itself is pretty basic. like michael smith would say.. there's 3 steps to any good pasta. the base, the flavor and the texture!
the base is basically your tomato puree and u season that with herbs/garlic/ s n p/ evoo and the works
the flavoring again, u can develop with what you put in the tomato puree (or marinara sauce) or in ur meat/vege base (e.g. cooked n spiced boneless chicken/mince or veges like mushrooms/corn/ anything u fancy )
the texture again... depends on wat u have on hand, wat u feel like presenting! spaghetti is mostly common.... i like penne too!
the idea is to NOT wash the pasta after u boil it if u want that gooey italian pasta.. this way u dont wash off the starch n the pasta sauce/meat/veges sticks better to the pasta!
u can obv slather cheese (or like u mentioned the milky stuff = white sauce) in any quantities that you like.
to make white sauce, i mostly do the following:
3 tbsp of butter
3 tsps of all purpose flour
1 cup milk
s n p to taste!
that's the generic ratio.. i add more if i need to make more.. basically melt ur butter on SLOW heat and add the all purpose flour and KEEP ON STIRRING on LOW heat. (it burns if u dont watch it and that gives a nasty taste to ur pasta....)
after it bonds together, add milk and KEEP ON STIRRING. add snp... and leave it to cook on low to medium heat.. it thickens perfectly after a while.

I am addicted to Pasta with Alfredo.. You can just get the alfredo sauce at any store and add it along with chicken and spices to pasta.

Mujhe khud pata hota kaisa pasta kaunsa naam toh i wouldnt have asked anyone you see but the fact i dont remember someone else ordered it for me toh now i am in this position :(
