hmm do u make the sauce at home??

agh i wish i could but it’s the easy way out to get it from the supermarket!

but i have a habit of making my food spicy so even when im cooking the sauce i put some onions, lemon juice, some hot sauce or garlic hot sauce or like these days i use chaat masala, and mmm mmm mmmmm it tastes so :yummy: droolz

n.e. ways that’s me, always mixing up wierd things, though my dad tends to mix vegetables n God knows what the other things are

here is my recpie :)…

Ingredients : pasta, boneless chicken, oil , chopped Onion ,Salt , Pepper ,Jalapeno Peppers,Oregano, Garlic (if u like) Tomato Sauce, red chili (if u like) ,mozzarella Cheese ,

Ok heat oil n add onions n cook until onion is transparent & soft…
n now add chicken into the mixture, stir and fry until it looks nice :halo:…now add garlic, oregano, jalapeno & red chili etc etc . sprinkle wid salt and pepper. Pour in tomato sauce n n stir n fry it for like 15-20 mins …
now boil pasta n drain well,n pasta is ready wid chicken sauce :hula:

oh yes u can add cheese n co it in micro until melted..

u can also add cream instead of tomato sauce …
n make sauce wid meat or vegetabels etc …

my marinara sauce

crush fresh tomatoes or get canned crushed tomatoes
a tablespoon of oregano
a tablespoon of basil
half a cup of olive oil
1 finely chopped onion
half a teaspoon of salt
half a teaspoon of black pepper
1.5 tablespoons chopped garlic
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
half a cup of chopped bell peppers
add mushrooms and other veggies depending on your preference

someone please post a nice pasta recipe. one that involves the whitish sauce (and how does one make the whitish creamy sauce) and also chicken qeema because i have a packet of that :)

^ the whitish sauce is called alfredo sauce. i will post a recipe once i find it.

keema (chicken or not) is usually used with tomato-based sauce, like marinara. however, you can use it with whatever you like.
