There are so many different ways of making pasta , such varied ingredients used. With what ingredients in Pasta , do you enjoy it the most?

I love tomato-based sauces…like marinara or pomodoro. Adding a bit of cream to tomato sauce makes it richer, I feel. Other ingredients include cheese and veggies, meat…such as chicken, etc.
I prefer short-chunkier shaped pasta to the long-skinny variety like angel hair.

I love stuffed pastas like tortellini and ravioli…had some yesterday…so damn yummmmm.

Oh my goodness…how could I have forgotten. I love ravioli…cheese stuffed ravioli…portobello stuffed ravioli. I like the ravioli from CPK which comes with a creamy pomodoro sauce which I order extra of. Really soft texture and very rich, fattening too unfortunately.
