ingredients
pasta → linguini (my favorite) boiled to perfection
chicken → grilled or roasted pieces
mushrooms → sliced - chitake or portobello or any variety available at your supermarket
garlic → one - two tablespoons
salt → to taste
black or white pepper → to taste
butter → to your heart’s content
calories → plenty
the key to making best tasting pasta is to get the sauce right. however, in this adventure i didn’t use any sauce. Instead, i started sauteing garlic first and then i threw mushroom into the mix, till both turned golden brown. drop your chicken pieces, and saute more. Now, you have a perfect blend of ingredients in a saucy mix which came out from chicken, mushrooms, garlic and butter. Make sure that it’s sizzling.
Drop your pasta, and sprinkle seasoning on top, and saute it like the chefs do it. the pasta will actually absorb all the sauce and turn golden brown in color. that’s your dish..enjoy it with any drink you like..
