What to do when your past haunts you and your present betrays you?
and both situations leaves with numerous uncertainties of future…Nothing to look back-nothing to look forward…

Same is happening to me ... I dont know if its your condition or just a ligitimate know how seeking question ? .....
Trust me about a year ago I had almost suicidal feelings ... I some time feel I should reborn and live my life again .... Hmmm just behnay do zindagi ki nadiya .. Thats all I can say .....
I know other symptoms of the person having the condition that you descirbed , would be that he/she must be extremist . One person for a short period of time looks like as if there is no one else like her/him and in a second instance feels like leaving her/him and not to see her/him face ever again ...God bless you "All" .
Accept it. You can't hide what you have done and are presently doing.

When the past haunts you to take heart and know that what you've been through has left a mark on you but in no way does it influence your future decisions, we're all capable of thinking outside past influences and surging ahead.
When the present betrays you...then know that it had to happen...had to happen to help you in the future...look to it as if it's a period of building strength and sustinance in yourself. We all need people around us for love and support but if you're true to yourself you'll know that anything and everything can be over come.
The future...the future is based on what you've learnt from your haunting past and the decision you make in your betrayed present. Pray and listen to your heart and mind..you shall overcome my dear...I know you..you're strong!

Yeah, same here, but I'm learning now that there's no point in living in the future. Ill still have to get through wahtever troubles I'm going through if I want to progress.
