Duh … okay.. lemme put it this way.. wut if i even forgot the email addy… then wut m supposed to do!!! .. i lost my nick forever n ever!!! 
So....you forgot the password, you forgot the Email address. Do you still remember the Username? Or did you forget that as well?
Actually, I kind of have the same problem
The only record I had for my other nick's password was in an email in my university email account. But 5 months afer I graduated, they deleted my account :S

Ofcourse i remember my username !!
