I may not agree with the weak faith thing, but I believe that religion and psychological intervention can and should be combined. I didn’t claim that we only need religion to solve someone’s mental health issues. Plenty of religious people who don’t believe in mental disorders or who think they’re mentally sane because they have religion. After all, Islam is the religion of balance, between deen (religion) and dunya (world).
What has helped me more than anything in my own long mental health journey is embracing religion while also working on changing the way I think, one can do both. Also, someone who does believe in God but suffers from one hardship after the other while others around him or her seem happy and blessed, it’s easy to think that God is punishing you because you’re a bad muslim. If we change the way we think about hardships in life, not as a punishment because of weak faith but a test to become (more) patient with reward, surely it serves as a motivation. Allah (SWT) reminds us in the Quran that there is ease after hardship and that He doesn’t burden a soul beyond that it can bear.
From an Islamic perspective, there’s nothing wrong with what I said. If you do not believe in a satan trying to missguide people then obviously you will not agree.

2- He will disagree with another made up silly ideas.
This person most likely has many people directing him what to say in case of any conflict and is planted to preach only anti-Islamic thoughts.
You will never see him going after Hinduism God (but preaching for it) nor strongly writing or agreeing anything against India despite its obvious human rights violation.
I tried that in one of my thread with many chances for him to show he cares about humanity but he stayed away from agreeing deliberately yet resorted to personal attacks instead.

There is a myth that Sati was stopped by British. It was never completely stopped.
Most of Mughal Emperors in different ways tried to ban it.
Jahangir and Aurangzeb were most strict. Akbar only banned forcing women to commit this act.
Unfortunately shameful acts are still practised by all religions

There has not been any clear indication in this thread if this thread was started as a cry for help or as a general question about “Passive Suicidal thoughts”.
You bring great questions time after time and they are very “mind stimulating” indeed. Thanks.
Please be specific in your questions if the question is a reality based question for a real person, or merely a general question.
In essence:
1- It’s an emergency.
2- It’s not good to even entertain this as a mere passive thought.
3- It needs to be treated and dealt with, accordingly and by using multidisciplinary approaches.
Including religions which clearly** prohibit **even the thoughts of suicide let alone acting on it and advise alternative approach of trusting a merciful God.
In Islamic teachings: “Maayoosi Gunaah Hai”

I do agree with all of it.. but I would like to add some-things.. You know Quran is mostly terrifying/fearful, and on the other hand.. lack of practising the religion and keeping away from it invites Satan.. ALLAH tells us to pray for staying away from Shayateen and their depravity in Surat Mominoon..and to offer prayer 5 times a day.. and person with full knowledge of religion wont ever think about it.. So parents should start preaching their children at very early age.. Though I agree people sometimes go in depression.. so ALLAH says to come more closer to HIM who holds everything..

Well brother, why do we need to pass the MBBS examination to become a doctor.. people who pass become a Doctor and who fails dont.. but Qasam se I do injection and can treat so many disease thus people dont call me a doctor

Because I dont have the proper knowledge/Degree.. so a person needs a doctor to treat him/her.. suppose someone closer to you is a heart patient.. and there is a heart specialist but on the other hand you got me.. so whom will you listen to?? A heart specialist or ME ??

SomeONE created it.. and The Creator gave us the book of guidance to tell us how to live a life.. we just need to be more scientific and logical to know about The Creator.. there is a saying, “Little knowledge of science makes you an athiest, in-depth knowledge of science makes you a believer in God”.. Sir Francis Bacon..
There are certain rules of life.. everyone is bound to obey them.. No one is free to kill anyone, but is free to do anything as far as it is obeying the rules.. and to this, Hitler killed 6 million Jews.. where is the justice?? can you give him punishment equal to 6 million people ?? you cannot do justice for more than 1 life.. So the Creator says in Quran, 4:56, “As to those who reject our signs, we shall cast them in hell fire, and as often as their skins are roasted, we shall give them the fresh skin so shall they feel the pain” so ALLAH is saying HE will put him to fire until it will be equal to 6 million killing..
So, it is compulsary for everyone to search for the reality, which is, there is a Creator.. and He will be seeing us in life after death..
