Do you guys know what song that's from?????

Re: Pashto Instrumentals

^
I remember the weather forecasts but not the tune, it was cool the way they played the folk music of every province when they showed the relevant area on the map.

Re: Pashto Instrumentals

When I was reallllllly little, my parents use to watch this Paki drama, all I remember is a Swati couple and a city girl walking through the mountains of Swat and in the end the guys wife gets shot in the head by someone trying to kill the city girl.

The music the Swati girls husband played on the rabaab combined with the views of beautiful Swat was PURE ECSTACY, sent me into a trance, it's that long ago I can't remember, if anyone knows what I'm talking about please post it.

Re: Pashto Instrumentals

Re: Pashto Instrumentals

:bummer:does anyone know what i’m talking about???

Re: Pashto Instrumentals

The intrumental stuff's usualy a glimpse from almost every other pashto song, if you get what i mean.
Pashto songs almost sound alike, all of them. Well except the new stuff and the new guys coming up (since the gals sounds like cows with a sore throat. ahem)

Like the instrumentals Raheel just posted, you'd hear them in a buncha pashto songs, and not just one.
I guess because ... well mainly because Rubab tends to sounds the same or something. =/

Re: Pashto Instrumentals

That cow like tradition started from punjab-
its not girls fault--song director always thought that cow like sound as good "strong" voice.

Women who sing punjabi songs actually look like cows too..
