What cut should I ask for making pasanday from the butcher???

Boneless raan (pelivic) pieces - thinly sliced & slightly corrugated cuts!
If it’s a desi grocery just tell them it’s for pasanday. They know the cut.
If it’s your local food lion or Kroger tell them shank cross cut strips.
