I so agree with Gina’s comment. You only need a heavier foundation if you need to hide blemishes etc. If your everyday base works for you already, there isn’t any point to going heavier as it would only detract from you. Like Gina said, if your current foundation is working and giving you a nice even base on which to apply the rest of your foundation, you’re good to go.
You can do a heavier eye or brighter lips to get more drama/impact for your special occasion look.
